On 7 September this year, Romagnoli S.p.A. took part in Think Fresh, one of the main annual events in the fruit and vegetable sector, which ran in a hybrid format this year, both in person and online.
Having decided to use it for All-uses èVita and èVita New ware potatoes, Romagnoli S.p.A. is rolling out the innovative Sormapeel packaging to èVita Residue-Free* potatoes which are Check Fruit-certified, 100% Italian and exclusively made by GLOBALG.A.P certified farms.
Romagnoli S.p.A. will take part in the first ever Macfrut Digital, a digital trade show dedicated to the world of fruit and vegetables scheduled from 8 to 10 September 2020.
Romagnoli Spa ended 2019 with a turnover of €44.5 million, recording an increase of +33.5% compared with last year.
For the third year running, Romagnoli F.lli S.p.A. took part in Festambiente, the ecology and solidarity festival organised by Legambiente in Rispescia (in the province of Grosseto) from 19th to 23rd August.

Our business is continuing its qualification procedure having renewed our IFS Food certification (Higher level) with a score of 98.40% for product processing, from storage to packaging, and for all process operations at our horticultural head office in Molinella (Bologna).
The Romagnoli F.lli S.p.A. 2019/20 potato harvest was a very good year, having ended back in April this year.

The ad campaign Selenella ― Consorzio Patata Italiana di Qualità (High-Quality Italian Potato Consortium) involving Romagnoli F.lli S.p.A. is back on the air, with its radio version dedicated to new potatoes, an outstanding 100% Italian product, fully traced and guaranteed from farm to table.
The potato supply chain has duly responded to the COVID-19 emergency with a sense of responsibility and continues to work while ensuring product availability, quality and safety for consumers.

Over the last three weeks of this emergency, potatoes have been the top-selling product in the vegetable department. This significant increase has provided impetus to production.
From 24th to 26th January, the former Romagnoli industrial warehouses (on Via Emilio Zago 3, Bologna) hosted for the second year running Paratissima, an international exhibition for independent artists, now in its third year in Bologna.
Once again this year, Romagnoli F.lli is taking part in Fruit Logistica, the main international event for the fruit and vegetable sector, scheduled from 5th to 7th February in Berlin.
Following the long sowing period, running from mid-October to late January due to the constant rain which affected all the production areas in the province of Syracuse, the new potato situation is still being monitored.
