Romagnoli F.lli S.p.A. is among the winners of the 1st national thematic edition of the Industria Felix ESG Award – Sustainable Italy, now in its 66th event, organized by Industria Felix Magazine in collaboration with Cerved Rating Agency. The ceremony took place on October 15, 2025, in the prestigious Aula Giulio Cesare at the Palazzo Senatorio in Campidoglio, Rome, in the presence of Italy’s most virtuous companies in the ESG field, alongside representatives from institutions, academia, finance, and media.
The company received the High ESG Honor, an award reserved for organizations that stand out for financial reliability and sustainable ESG performance (Environment, Social, Governance).
About the Industria Felix ESG Award
The Industria Felix ESG Award is one of the most prestigious at the national level, thanks to a selection based on objective criteria and official data, resulting from a journalistic investigation conducted by Industria Felix Magazine, a quarterly publication on economics and finance directed by Michele Montemurro. The analysis covered 970,000 financial statements of operating joint-stock companies headquartered in Italy, with technical support from ESG assessments carried out by Cerved Rating Agency.
The 2025 edition, the first entirely dedicated to sustainability, aimed to affirm a new economic paradigm based on reliable, ethical, and future-oriented enterprises. As highlighted by Director Montemurro:
