An outstanding all-purpose yellow potato, from a 100% Italian supply chain

 

Patata di Campo-Amica dell’ambiente potatoes are the result of a field experiment with low-pressure and high-efficiency irrigation systems, run from 2013 together with Legambiente for High-Quality Italian Agriculture.

This experience led to the first supply chain of high-quality potatoes grown with lower water input irrigation systems, which help cut water consumption by 30% per hectare, bringing the requirements down from 4,000 cubic metres to less than 3,000, as well as limiting the use of synthetic chemicals.

 

èVita Patata di campo-amica dell’ambiente come exclusively from non-GMO crops and are obtained in accordance with the Integrated Production Guidelines.

The èVita Patata di campo-amica dell’ambiente variety is available in two different packaging formats: the SormaVertbag and the innovative SormaVertbag Peel.
