Quick, easy and incredibly delicious! @uno.spicchio.di.melone offers us these ‘pizzettas’ made with our Constance variety potatoes, with their perfect flavour and texture when cooked.
Ingredients for 3-4 people
Constance variety potatoes, 2
Mozzarella, 1
Tomato sauce, to taste
Salt, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Oregano, to taste
Basil, to taste.
Preparation
Boil the whole potatoes (with the skin on) for about 20 minutes, or until the centre turns soft; once cooked, leave them to cool down and peel them.
Brown them for one minute in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, adding a little salt. Turn down the heat and season them like a pizza: tomato sauce, diced mozzarella and oregano. When the cheese has melted, garnish with a few basil leaves and serve.
