For the 2020/2021 season, Romagnoli S.p.A. has confirmed its support for the Pallacanestro Budrio basketball team as its main sponsor.
Our company has had a partnership with one of the main regional basketball teams for over twenty years, founded in 1938 by a group of trailblazers from Budrio who shared their enthusiasm, team spirit and great passion for the sport. These were decisive values in our choice to support the team ever since the 1997/1998 season, a decision we are confirming again this year as its main sponsor.
The universal nature of sport, the ability to work as a team, and competing together to achieve a common goal are important values, which can strengthen a sense of community. Recognising and helping spread and support the values of cohesion and unity that characterise the world of sports is part of us being a responsible company.
Over the years, we have had the pleasure of being alongside the team as they achieved major milestones, such as promotion to C1 (Regional 1st Division) in the 2001/2002 season and winning the Coppa Italia Dilettanti (Italian Amateurs’ Cup), broadcast live on TV on SportItalia in 2008.
To mark the start of last season, Pallacanestro Budrio, led by its president Davide Bovi, launched an e-commerce portal where you can buy the team’s official kit with Romagnoli S.p.A. branding as well as other Pallacanestro Budrio merchandise. What’s more, all the games will be streamed live on the team’s YouTube and Facebook channels.
