On the heels of our collaboration with Legambiente, which resulted in the “Patata di Campo-Amica dell’Ambiente” project, Romagnoli F.lli Spa took part in the 30th edition of Festambiente, held, as is customary, in the town of Rispescia (GR, Tuscany) from 10 to 19 of August.

The massive success of the event is a testament to growing awareness on issues like sustainability and respect for the environment, themes that are increasingly crucial to decision-makers in politics and business, and which have long been a priority for Romagnoli F.lli Spa. The company set up its booth inside the pavilion dedicated to Italian Food and the Mediterranean Diet - one of the three main ones together with the Circular Economy and the Nature&Tourism pavilions. Here, we showcased some of our products and activities, with special focus on the “Patata di Campo-Amica dell’Ambiente” project: the first production chain for high quality potatoes to employ water-saving irrigation systems and agronomic techniques aimed at reducing use of synthetic chemicals.
Live music, debates and other events were hosted in stands made entirely from secondary raw materials. There was fun and excitement for folks of all ages, in this event conceived as a platform for environmental awareness and sustainability, which Romagnoli F.lli Spa is proud to have attended.
