A winning combination, these frankfurters and èVita Armonia Gourmet Melrose potatoes, with their bright yellow flesh, are the perfect dinner-saver, much to the delight of your youngest!
Ingredients for 4 people
Frankfurters, 8
Armonia Gourmet Melrose potatoes, 600g
Garlic, 1 clove
Extra virgin olive oil, as required
Table salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Rosemary, to taste
Preparation
Thoroughly wash the potatoes, peel them and boil them in plenty of boiling water for about 5-10 minutes, or until they have softened slightly. Once the time required is up, drain them and, once cool, cut them into large pieces. In a wok or a non-stick pan of about 24 cm in diameter, fry the garlic with plenty of extra virgin olive oil and add the potatoes, then cook for about 15 minutes over a medium heat. In the meantime, cut the frankfurters into large pieces and add them to the potatoes, then season with salt and pepper and keep cooking for another 5 minutes. Once cooked, decorate to taste with some pre-chopped rosemary and then serve.
