Ingredients
Potatoes, 400 g
Feta cheese, 200 g
Watermelon, 4 slices
Olives, 30 g
Lettuce, as needed
Extra-virgin olive oil, as needed
Salt, as needed
Preparation
Carefully wash the potatoes, boil them for 20-25 minutes in salted water, remove their skin, and then dice them. Leave them to cool down completely. Wash the lettuce leaves, making sure to get rid of any dirt, cut them into pieces, and then add them to the potatoes. Crumble up the feta cheese, and cut out three slices of watermelon and remove their seeds. Dice the watermelon and add it, together with the feta cheese, to the potatoes and lettuce. Lastly, add some pitted black olives.
Season with a splash of extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Bring it over to the table and… bon appétit!
