In fact, the èVita – Ready to Eat range is coming to the main Italian supermarkets, directly offering all the goodness and wholesomeness of fresh potatoes, fully cooked and ready in just a few minutes. 
 
There are two new products in the packaged and ready-to eat potato line which you will be able to find on supermarket shelves: Mini Potatoes - èVita Ready to Eat and Half Jacket Potatoes - èVita Ready to Eat, a brand new product for the entire category. In order to cut waste and preserve essential nutrients, the crispy, flavourful skin is also kept on to give your dishes an even more rustic and authentic flavour, while also adding a touch of taste and a hint of originality. 
 
Available in 450 g packs, they are made with the best yellow potato varieties with excellent organoleptic properties, guaranteeing high quality all year round. As they are both free from any additives and preservatives, you just need to brown them in the pan or oven to prepare them.
