A late potato with light-coloured skin, it is characterised by size and shape uniformity, excellent yield (40-50 tons per hectare) and impressive shelf-life (thanks to its high dry matter content).
Its good resistance to Peronospora pathogens also makes the Levante variety especially well-suited for organic agriculture.
