March 8 brings with it a recognizable symbol: the mimosa. A flower that over the years has become the emblem of what we commonly call Women's Day. But the deeper meaning of this day lies not only in symbolic gestures. It lies above all in concrete actions that, every day, contribute to building more equitable, inclusive, and respectful work environments.

For Romagnoli F.lli, attention to people is not an abstract principle, but a daily practice that takes shape in the construction of a positive work environment, where everyone can grow their skills and competencies and be remunerated on the basis of a meritocratic policy. The goal is simple and ambitious at the same time: to allow each person to express their potential to the fullest.
For this reason, the company has adopted a Code of Ethics that guides its policies on promotion, hiring, training, remuneration, and management of employees without any form of discrimination, so that everyone can count on fair and equal treatment.
This approach also translates into organizational choices and concrete recognition.
Since July 2023, Romagnoli Fratelli has held UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for its Gender Equality Management System, which complies with the guidelines for promoting equity policies in the workplace and contributing to the reduction of the gender gap in areas such as career and training opportunities, remuneration, and work-life balance.
To support this commitment, the company has appointed a Gender Equality and D&I Policy Manager and a Workplace Protection Officer, as well as establishing an Equal Opportunities Steering Committee.
In October 2024, Romagnoli F.lli also obtained UNI ISO 30415:2022 certification for “Human resource management – Diversity and inclusion.” The adoption of this standard promotes a corporate culture that values the characteristics and talents of each person, regardless of nationality, religion, opinion, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, or disability.
Every year, International Women's Day reminds us how important it is to continue working towards a more equitable society. But equality cannot be achieved in a single day: it stems from daily choices, company policies, and a concrete commitment to creating a professional environment that recognizes the value of each individual.
For Romagnoli F.lli, this commitment is not just a statement of principle, but a journey made up of actions, responsibilities, and results.
