6 èVita Residuo Zero potatoes
5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 sprigs fresh thyme
Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Prepare the potatoes: Peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces, then soak them in cold water to keep them pale.
Prepare the breadcrumbs: Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl. Bread the potatoes: Drain and dry the potatoes, then stir them into the breadcrumbs, making sure they are well coated. Bake in the oven: Place the potatoes on a greased baking tray, add a drizzle of oil and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Serve: Season with salt and pepper and serve hot with a touch of fresh thyme. Sandy potatoes are the perfect side dish for a dinner with friends or a family meal. Enjoy!
