On 14 and 15 January 2026, Romagnoli F.lli will be present at Marca by BolognaFiere, one of the most important events on the Italian trade fair calendar dedicated to the agri-food sector. This is a significant moment for us, not only because it allows us to take our work outside the fields and warehouses, but also because it represents a concrete opportunity for discussion and storytelling, to explain who we are, how we work and what kind of products arrive on consumers' tables every day.

Marca is the leading Italian trade fair for private labels, a unique event that brings large-scale retailers and brands to Bologna every year. Here, the focus is on quality, supply chains, innovation and how to respond more and more attentively to the needs of shoppers.
For Romagnoli F.lli, participating in Marca means putting a simple and fundamental product such as the potato centre stage, highlighting its role in everyday cooking. Our potatoes are the result of work that starts in the soil and is based on experience, supply chain control and respect for raw materials.
At the fair, we will have the opportunity to recount this journey, showing how behind an everyday food there is care, selection and constant attention to quality.
To make this story even more concrete and engaging, there will be a cooking show on 15 January, hosted by Valentina Alunno, hosted by Valentina Alunno, know as Contadina Contemporanea, television presenter of the programme broadcast on Rai1 ‘Unomattina’. An agricultural entrepreneur and populariser, awarded by Coldiretti with the “Amiche della terra” (Friends of the Earth) award, Valentina brings her cuisine, based on tradition and innovation, to fairs and events, explaining with simplicity and expertise the value of ingredients, seasons and territories. Through her preparations, the product takes shape and becomes an experience. Among the dishes offered during the show cooking, “potato balls with èVita Armonia Gourmet, truffle cream and edible flowers” will be a concrete example of how a simple raw material such as the potato can be enhanced and presented in an authentic way, combining taste, agricultural culture and attention to quality.
But attending an event like Marca also means listening: talking to industry operators, buyers and partners, understanding how consumption is changing and what the expectations are of those who choose reliable and recognisable products. It is through these moments that we can continue to improve and innovate, while respecting Italian food traditions. We will bring home inspiration, ideas and new perspectives from Bologna, with the aim of continuing to offer quality potatoes, the result of careful work carried out day after day in the local area.
