MARCA 2026: Romagnoli F.lli talks about the value of variety that makes the difference

For us at Romagnoli F.lli, MARCA 2026 was a real opportunity to meet and talk with people who choose what to put on their tables every day.
At this edition of the Bologna event dedicated to private labels, our stand welcomed a large audience interested in discovering how quality, variety and supply chain can translate into a real experience[FR1.1], made up of taste and awareness.

At the heart of the event was an exclusive cooking show that put the spotlight on two premium varieties from the èVita Armonia Gourmet line: Monique and Melrose. The star of the event was Valentina Alunno, known as the Contemporary Farmer and the face of Rai 1 - UnoMattina, who guided the audience in discovering the gastronomic potential of these potatoes through recipes designed to enhance their natural characteristics.
Monique, recognisable by its yellow skin and firm flesh, demonstrated its reliability in the kitchen. Its compact structure allowed for the creation of perfectly shaped meatballs with a stringy centre, stable during cooking and with a uniform consistency. A potato that does not fall apart and absorbs seasonings in a balanced way, also ideal for simple preparations, where each ingredient must express itself to the fullest.
Melrose, with its pink skin and intense yellow flesh, proved its suitability for soft and enveloping recipes. Its high starch content made it possible to create a naturally creamy, smooth and homogeneous potato and cauliflower soup, with a warm colour and perfect density, capable of enhancing the taste with every bite.
During the cooking show, it became clear how the èVita Armonia Gourmet and èVita Armonia Gourmet Rosè lines can meet different culinary needs, demonstrating versatility and distinctive character both in professional kitchens and in quality-conscious home cooking.
Romagnoli F.lli's presence at MARCA 2026 also offered the opportunity to discuss issues that are increasingly central to buyers and consumers: measurable sustainability, varietal innovation and the development of a traceable and responsible Italian supply chain. As CEO Giulio Romagnoli pointed out, the interest shown by the public confirms a growing focus on gourmet fruit and vegetables that combine sensory pleasure and varietal recognition, going beyond the commodity logic.
With the èVita Armonia Gourmet line and its excellent products, Romagnoli F.lli strengthens its role as a benchmark for advanced fruit and vegetables, designed for conscious consumers who seek quality, taste and respect for the environment even in everyday products.
MARCA 2026 therefore closes as a positive and meaningful experience.
