Totally in tune with the concept of sustainable agriculture, èVita Residue-Free onions are obtained through codified farming practices which use very low-residue chemical molecules, making it possible to obtain a product that balances crop defence with protection of the environment, natural resources and people's health.

"Residue Free" certification issued by the Check Fruit certification body was achieved thanks to research carried out in collaboration with Legambiente, which resulted in the construction of a production chain sensitive to environmental issues, in Italian areas particularly suited to the cultivation of onions. The ethical path undertaken led to this extraordinary result.

èVita Residue-Free onions are obtained from non-GMO crops, grown exclusively in Italy, from a 100% certified supply chain.
