Romagnoli F.lli Spa is one of the businesses to have signed an agreement on the minimum price of potatoes

Together with other businesses, Romagnoli F.lli Spa signed an important agreement with Agripat Soc. Agr. Coop.va – the Association of Potato Producers, in order to ensure the sustainability of production. More specifically, a minimum price of €0.32/kg was guaranteed by the main packers who signed the agreement for the final sale of the product. This represents an important milestone that will benefit the entire supply chain, especially at a time of great crisis due to increased food prices. With this in mind, the chairman of Agripat, Matteo Todeschini, underlined how this agreement is a significant step towards more sustainable potato-growing from an economic and social perspective, while respecting the work of producers and farmers. Furthermore, consumers will be guaranteed a high-quality, healthy and environmentally-friendly product that is increasingly available on Italians’ dinner tables.
