PREPARATION | |
175°C for 3 min. and 30 secondi |

200°C for 14-18 min. Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C. Place the product in a pan with a little oil. Cook for 14-18 minutes. |

8-10 min. Place the product in a frying pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add a little oil if necessary. |
