+1°C to +7°C - 60 days from production date shown on package. | |
+1°C to +7°C - 24 hours after opening. |
PREPARATION | |
200°C for 15 min. |

900W for 2 min. Place 300g of product in a container and heat at 900W for about 2 minutes. |

6-8 min. Heat a little oil in a pan. Cook the product for 6–8 minutes. |

4 min. Bring water to a boil and cook for about 4 minutes. |
|
Cold Drain the product, season and serve. |
